Want a job that involves working outdoors, no interaction with the public and preferably only in the afternoons or evenings.

Difficult to have zero interaction with the public.

    Gardener?

    Security guard?

Sewer cleaner - self employed obviously so you work your own hours.

    Horticulture might be an option.

Gravedigger. Interaction with people but they're usually dead.

Aircraft Engineer/Loader/Baggage Handler/Dispatcher would be shift work so you could probably organise to be on afternoons and evenings

Farming? There is big demand for farm relief jobs, as well as for relief milkers and general labourers). The other is working in a bog(summers only though).

Agree with this. Lots of dairy farmers looking for people to milk cows. Not that hard to learn.
If you want to only work evenings, you can easily work just doing the evening milkings. And you could milk on two farms each evening.
