Hi. I had an account with EIR at one point but cancelled it due to appalling customer service and also the fact that my internet was down for 2 weeks and you refused to deduct those 2 weeks service from my bill. Anyhow - this was months ago and you are still texting me each month telling me that my latest bill is available to view. How do I go about never hearing from you lot again?

Hi. I sent you a PM and in what seems to be typical EIR customer service, I never heard anything back. If you are genuinely sorry about the inconvenience caused, can you please check my PM, see if you can locate my old account or, using the mobile I provided in the PM, never contact me again.

    Hi steamsey ,

I am unable to locate the original PM you sent, could you please forward the PM and I will be sure to have this looked into.

    Thanks

    Thomas
