    Is that Mars more or less due south at the moment(03:00hrs). Never seen it so bright.

    Looking at it last night from Florida and it looked amazing. I seen it higher in the sky obviously, but it looked bright and good.

    It sure is, very bright for the last few days.

    It looked redish earlier ad it rose but at the moment its so bright I doubted it was Mars and had to download an app to check.
