Protection order

I was granted an interim protection order for emotional abuse. At the following court hearing my husband agreed to give an undertaking to the court to stay out of the family home. My solicitor told me this was as good as a barring order.
However now he is stalking me, everywhere I go he turns up, harassing me and the children. Trying to take them from school.
I’ve a new appointment with my solicitor but I was wondering if anyone had any experience or advice for me in the meantime. I’m at my wits end.

If he's in breach of a court order you could/should call in the Gardai.
