Mortgage Switch to BOI

    Hi, if I was to switch mortgage to Bank of Ireland.

    Is the majority of the monthly mortgage repayment used for the Interest or is there a given split % between interest/principal?

    Your monthly repayments and how these are applied to your mortgage balance would depend on a number of factors such as the term, the type of rate, the loan amount.
