Hi i have been using a sab triple tuner with enigma2 for about 20 months to watch and record saorview and free to air, since last night my remote will not operate the box at all,if i point my remote at the camera of my smart phone i can see the led working corresponding to button presses so i think my remote is ok but the box will not answer, now if i press the volume + button on the front of the box then the box changes channel, and if i press the vol- button the box changes channel, this is strange i wonder can any one advise me please.i did unplug the box to see if that reset it but no use.
    thanks

This happens with some e2 images. Reflash the image or another one.

Where are you based? Maybe someone local could help you out. There's a good bit on configuration to do with these boxes to get them the way you want them.

Booting to spark will not fix the issue but if the remote works in spark then you can rule it out being at fault.
