It seems you may have charged me instead of crediting me

    Hi folks,

    Regarding bill number 729222760, it seems you have put on a €50 charge instead of a €50 credit, following my call to your team last month.

    Could you have a look as I certainly wouldn't want that much coming out by direct debit on top of normal bill.
