Graduated in Economics, want to be a Nurse

Hi, So I've just finished my Level 8 degree in Economics and Sociology and have achieved a first class honors. Unfortunately though I did this course without really having any idea what I want to do as a career. I was 18 and didn't really care what I studied - hindsight is a great thing haha.

I would like to become a nurse but the course I did is in no way related to being a nurse. Is my only option doing another 4 year nursing degree? It's not something I can afford right now but it's the career I want.
