euro sign suddenly not working

    Hi always used ALT Gr 4 to use the euro symbol but suddenly this morning it no longer works.
    Any idea why and how to fix please.

    Not sure what kind of computer you are using (Windows/Mac) or what version (Windows 10, etc.) but I'd guess your keyboard layout has been changed to something other than a UK Keyboard layout. You'll need to change keyboard layout to match your physical layout.

    Failing that, try ALT Gr e that's where it is on some European layouts.

    Might have been a Windows update changing settings.



    Do you have an icon at the bottom right that says EN (UK) or similar? You can click on that to change to EN (IE) (but the shortcut should also work for EN(UK) ).



    Failing that if you click on the start menu and type "keyboard", click on on-screen keyboard it will show you where the € symbol is.
