can i move if i owe sky

    I owe money to sky. They wont set up a payment plan with me. I intend on paying it back asap but times have been difficult to do so. Can i buy a 3 modem or dongle and use it? Can i switch to virgin media? I will obviously pay our sky bill. They have cut my tv now and its only a matter of hours before they cut the wifi

    Would you not clear your debts first before buying a new service?
