110v or 240v? Power tools.

    Going to invest in a decent chop saw, i'm a bit torn as to getting it in 110v or 240v version.
    Same price for both, have access to both 110v/240v in the small workshop.

    240 all the way, unless you are doing site work. Pain in the arse lugging transformer in n outta van

    110 is a lot safer. It wont kill ye if it tries to electrocute ye.

    Cordless nowadays. If you even maybe doing site work go 110 volt.

    240 as its convenient and easy.
    110v as its not as easy for someone to borrow
