BBC four problem

    I've been having a problem with BBC four for a few weeks now, occasionally it works but 90% of the time it is blank, both SD and HD.
    The funny thing is that other BBC channels on the same transponder work fine, never any issues.
    Anyone know what the problem might be please?

    Presumably you are aware that it only broadcasts after 7PM. It seems strange otherwise that both SD and HD are giving trouble as they are different TPs. Can you still get BBC News HD?

    Yeah I checked king of sat and I'm getting other channels on the same transponders no problem, getting BBC 1 London and BBC 2 England and BBC 1 Scotland and Wales HD and BBC news HD.
