Brown school uniform

Hi, is there a primary school in the Dublin/kildare/meath area that has a brown school uniform? Our school is changing from brown to navy in september and I have a couple of brown pinafores and boys trousers that are near perfect if anyone would use them? I've a brand new cream blouse (cardigans and jumpers also but not as good condition). Seems such a waste to put them in a clothes bank when they're in such good condition!

That's a lovely idea, would the school consider doing a collection?Maybe the principal could then use the IPPN network to find mew (grateful) owners.

Thanks, good idea I will ask. The school have said anyone who wants to keep wearing the brown until they wear out can, but my little one has said ALL the kids will be wearing navy😂 my son is moving to the senior school so was changing uniform anyway. The school have said they will collect them for their general clothes collection - where they bring bags to those cash for clothes places - but I thought I'd try to find out if anyone would use them.

Seems a shame to "waste them" on cash for clothes, though, as they are worth more than that to most people.
