As late as last week of October for some ETBs.

I don't know about ETBs but I was definitely told in my first school that they could give me an advance until the money came through.

About 6 weeks for the ETBs( then monthly for subs including maternity leave positions) and 4 weeks for DES( every two weeks then after that).

Most ETBs don't pay RPT/CID/permanent staff monthly anymore. Most are twice monthly or fortnightly now.
