Tiling and HRI

I want to get some tiling done and am wondering can i apply for HRI. Should I get the tiler to buy the tiles? would it work out better for me that way?Please help im very confused about it. :eek::eek:

]You can claim for tiling, but you cannot claim for materials if you buy them yourself. So you should get your tiler to buy them. And of course, it has to be a registered contractor that does the work.
