Surveyor/engineer recommendation for Cork city

Hi. We're currently about to go Sale Agreed on a property in Cork city and we need a surveyor/engineer to do a report on it. Can anyone recommend someone? Also, what is the approximate charge involved? Does it depend on the purchase price? (We're paying just over €180k). Thanks.
