BBC HD problem on Freesat - anyone else experiencing this?

Humax 1100S suddenly saying no satellite signal received.

Checked the cables with SD box, and signal fine, both quality and strength.

Replaced with older Humax Foxsat, and all BBC HD channels are saying "no signal".
Same with ITV HD. CH5 HD and S4C HD working fine.

Anyone else experiencing this (specifically on Freesat - a friend reported all his BBC HDs are okay on Sky)?

Sky and Freesat use the same signals. It's most likely a problem with your own dish/LNB (the yoke on the dish arm). Can you borrow your friends sky box or another known good box and check in your house or take your box to your friends home. This will confirm if it's your box or dish

    Wow! That was quick, thanks.

Sound advice, LNB is a Quattro, supplying a multiswitch, so it looks like it's more than likely one of those two. Maybe the LNB couldn't stand the sunshine.

Later: Connected the 1100s box to a neighbour's dish, and it's working fine - so it's either LNB or multiswitch.

    Thanks again!
