    Hi,

    I have received a text stating I have used 100% of my data ueage. However when I text balance to 50104 I receive a message that I have over 14GB of data left. Can you advise on this discrepency.

    Are you sure it didn't tell you that you have used 100% of your free monthly data add on?

    The exact text is "You have reached 100% of your monthly Data Allowance. You will now be charged daily rate."
