Astra 1 good quality signal but channels not working. Ariva 250.

Hi I have Astra 1 aligned and ariva says quality signal is good signal intensity good but channels not working. When on a channel the screen is black no image or audio works. The "no signal" message doesn't show.... Any idea whats going with the box? It used to work fine. Astra 2 works perfect on the same box.

Have you had Astra 19E channels working previously, or have you just moved the dish to what you think is Astra 19E?

If the latter, you're probably aligned to the wrong satellite.
