    Hi,

I have been successful in applying for a position in my local council.

There’s apparently 100 vacancies and 170 on the panel. I’m coming in at the mid 50’s.

Does anyone have any experience of being on a panel and roughly how long it took to be called?

    Thanks

Congratulations for getting on panel. If there are 100 vancancies the first 100 on panel will be filled. The panel can expire after a year or could be extended for another year after that.

To fill those 100 position can take a few weeks, if not months. It’s down to HR and what departments people are allocated to.
