Anytime we're down in Dublin my other half would look forward to going in to Cafe en Seine for a drink in the afternoon while it was quite.
She loved the look of the place more than anything.
Now that it's closed is there anywhere else that would be along a similar line?

'The Bank' on Dame Street is a nice building. Not similar to Cafe en Seine, but interesting enough for other reasons, and central.

You could go just up the road to 37 Dawson Street. I've never been in the day time but it might fit the bill.

Somewhere like the Ivy on Dame street too might be similar enough.
