Hi what’s the best way to cancel a direct debit on a business account with boi.

And how do you get money refunded if the company took a. DD when shouldn’t have.

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

Can I ask if you're set up with the 365 online banking or Business online for this business account.

    Thanks again,
    Darren.

    Hi capefear,

    Thanks for your reply.

You can cancel this on 365 Online by going to the direct debit transaction on your transactions screen. Next to the SEPA DD you will see an orange plus icon and when you click on this it will expand to show you a Cancel button.

Alternatively you can go to the Service Desk then select SEPA Direct Debit Services and the Cancel Mandate option.

Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
