DIY Divorce - Circuit Court Process Question

I'm just looking for a bit of guidance from someone who has gone through the process. Uncontested divorce, no assets, children but 50:50 custody and maintenance in place for the last 7 years.

We have filled out all the forms and are getting them notarised at the end of this week so will be ready to go.

My main question is can we lodge all our documentation with the Circuit Court at the same time (planning to go there together) or is it the case that one of us submits the application and the other responds with their paperwork. We are trying to make this as quick and uncomplicated as possible!

    Thanks!

One person lodges the family law bill, the other responds.
Lodge the thing with circuit court office get the case number..your other half will be served the papers by registered post..you need the till receipt and the proof of delivery...this can be got online from an post...affidavit of service and receipt ect lodged with court office.
Your other half responds by sending you a consent letter witnessed by a friend (not a family member)lodge same with the court office....next a motion for a judgment by consent is required...served by registered post affidavit ect then lodged at court office....
