Record power points, what device?

    hi,
    Im looking at buying a second hand device (surface pro 3) what I need it for is record my voice and writing the solutions to questions over powerpoint for my students. Id love a surface pro 4 but im not permenent and not working during the summer so money is tight. the pro 3 I think will do what I require right? anyone got any other suggestions as to what device i should get?

    thanks for reply, im not great at this stuff but you can write on the screen of them? particularly on powerpoints?
