    What is Liberty Insurance position on renewing insurance for someone who has failed the test?

    You should just declare the type of licence you hold at the time of the renewal.

    Thanks but is the current position that Liberty are inclined to agree to insure the failed applicant or not?

    We do insure drivers who may not have passed their full driving test and hold a provisional driving licence.
