Help with commercial fan wiring please

    I have a rhino electric fan that needs a new speed controller.
    The new controller I got only has neutral and live marked on it but the fan has 3 wires and I
    dont know what they are. The markings on the board for them Z U and UZ.
    I have attached photos. I think I can manage everything except the 3 fan wires.
    Any advice on how to figure it out greatly appreciated.

    Thank you looks great. I am not sure about the auxiliary as there is none on my new speed controller but the live and neutral now make sense.
