    Hello all,

I'm trying to figure out how the bride's arrival works in a civil ceremony. I'll be arriving at the hotel by car, but if we need to meet the registrar beforehand, I can't figure out how to do this without being seen by guests who are staying in the hotel?

Arrange with the hotel that the guests all be in the room.

It's your day so plan it as you want.

My now wife stayed in the hotel and came from the room her bridesmaids and herself stayed in.

I also stayed in the hotel and we were all in the room and then the bridesmaids and the bride.

Nobody seen her only staff and photographer etc.

Did you also have to meet the registrar 30 mins before the wedding.

I'll be arriving by car, but the reception is beside the door so I don't see how that will work. No doubt the hotel have dealt with it before.

Hi we met the registrar a few weeks before and then she just had a chat with us both will the music was still playing.

She was extremely good at what she does.

Contact the hotel and tell them what you want done. They will have most likely had very similar request s if not the same.
