I am eligible for a bike to work and have decided to replace my wheels. So realistically spend between 500 and 1000. Im 86kg and looking to add a lightweight wheel set.

    Looking for suggestions...

This will be shutdown long before you get your wheels. You're asking about committing fraud ;)
