    Hi guys and girls,

I'm a videographer mainly doing promotional videos for businesses.

I'm struggling to understand how to comply with the GPDR.
Let's say I'm shooting a video for a night club? how can I ensure that I'm compliant?

    Thank you for any help!

My understanding is that it's up to the client to be compliant and not yourself.

As long as you're not publishing the material yourself I don't think there's a problem.

Of course that's just my understanding and I could be completely and utterly wrong !!

P.S... I'm sure a model release will cover all the bases there.
