    This is not personal health advice, can a Gallstone in a gallbladder be mistaken for a polyp in a ultrasound imagery?

    Not much info to go on but yeah I'd say that it would be possible with low resolution equipment, low experience, etc. Also assuming it's an intestinal polyp you're talking about and not a nasal polyp or similar!
