Looking to revamp a small en suite (1.5 metres x 3metres). Work will include moving of a small partition wall by about 30 - 40 cm to accommodate a larger rectangular shower tray in place of the small square shower tray currently there. Replacement of the toilet and sink with a new set we will buy. replacement of existing floor tiles and tiling of walls and the installation of insulation in the two exterior walls.
I have a quote of €2000, including all labour and materials, but what I'm curious to learn is what it would cost just for the labour, if we were to source the bathroom furniture, tiles etc ourselves (we have a particular idea for the look of the bathroom) Any insights would be much appreciated.
