I'm selling my I am selling my iMac and was going to reboot the whole system for the new owner. It's an iMac, 3.06MHz, appox. 7 years old. I think you start it up as normal while pressing command + R then erase the HD. Is this correct?

The thing is I'd then need to reinstall the OS but I actually don't have the backup discs. Do I actually need them or can it just be downloaded from the internet? Don't want to do it them discover I can't reload it.
