Fascia and soffit

    I know this has beng covered before here but can seem to find the right answers,
    im self building in wexford and looking for a construction details for no fascia and soffit but cant seem to find one?

    any body have an image of this detail?

    what wall/roof construction?
    Gutters?

    A parapet wall with a flat valley gutter built in to the joisting
    Depending on your roof/wall build up re Airtightness and insulation would determine the detail.
    Even though your self building I'm sure there's still an architect/engineer involved to ensure all the construction details tie in with each other. Otherwise you'll end up with a hodge podge of different systems that'll work against each other.
