Thunderstorms forecast during triathlon

    Question is, with thunderstorms forecast for this weekend especially on Saturday morning would this negatively affect the running of a triathlon do you think ?

    Not likely. Biggest concern though would be if it brought with it awful wind etc that would effect the swim resulting in it being cancelled or a restriction on the use of disc wheels.

    Doing Mullaghmore tri this morning and it's wild out there! Bring back the blistering heat we had at the kilrush tri only 2 weeks ago. Hate doing the bike in this wind
