Would anyone have suggestions on where is the best value for chrome sockets\switches? I'm looking to get Click Deco https://www.clicklitehouse.ie/products/deco/ . I need 60 pieces altogether, so looking for something a little better than retail price of individual pieces.

So far I've found this site here which seems good value https://www.electrical2go.co.uk . Any other suggestions? Anywhere up north, Newry maybe?

Make out a list of electrical wholesalers near you and visit each one. Get a quote including vat. They more your buying the better the deal you will get. The differece on price between some wholesalers is crazy. You can see whos a rip off and who values your custom.

Btw the click deco gear is the business. Always use it myself

    Really?
I have never used it. It is difficult to get an idea of quality only from looking at these materials online.

Yep definitely I will try a few local suppliers for prices. I am interested if anyone has experience of where is cheaper? Assuming UK will be cheaper, has anyone experience with UK online retailers or around Newry?

Click Deco is very good quality and very reasonable pricewise. It would be my go-to brand for decorative accessories too, unless something else has been specified.

I find all the click gear (Click mode and Curva) very good quality for the price.

Hager gear is good quality for the price also.

We bought an entire house worth of switches and sockets from https://www.electricalcounter.co.uk/ . We got several quotes from Irish wholesalers and still managed to save several hundred euro paying VAT inclusive prices with the UK firm. We went with the BG Nexus and have been happy with the product. They stock the Click brand also although I haven't compared prices with the other site you posted.

Click are the only non grid switches that you can make a 3 gang intermediate switch from. I currently use one for a single intermediate and 2 2ways on the same plate.

In the end I bought from here https://sparkydirect.co.uk/ . Prices a lot cheaper than anywhere I could find in Ireland, even with trade discounts.

I find CEF very good for Click stuff, including Deco.

I found them way more expensive. Site I referenced saved me 100s.

It could be that they're cheaper in the north, or that the Derry branch gives a better discount on them. Not too sure, but I always get a good deal on them.

Good point. I checked with CEF and various others in ROI. I didn't check up North.

Hope you're happy with them anyway. I use lots of Click Deco stuff and honestly believe that it's fantastic gear for the money. Never gives any problems (although I think they had some issues with dimmers and LED loads, although now they do a dual mode dimmer (leading/trailing edge) with minimum brightness setting - set by two DIP switches).
