    Hi, I can't get into my account online. I have a pay as you go account. I want to change my weekly top up amount but I can't get into it. :-(

    We recommend calling the dedicated Electric Ireland Pay As You Go (PAYG) Customer Service team on 1850 372 372. THey would be in the best position to look into this for you.

    They can be called from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
