    Hi, 

    I today topped up through open 24 (Permenant TSB) at 9.35am by €20. Unfortunately the credit has not come through to my Eir account, even though it has been deducted from my bank account. 

    Is there a rep online who can advise? I called the Eir customer care line but they tell me to call the bank, and the bank are telling me to call Eir.
