Is there any good independent watch makers in Dublin or surounding areas that could service an ETA movement?

Also I was thinking about getting one of my Seiko Turtles Modded (coin edge bezel, ceramic lumed bezel insert, domed sapphire with AR also maybe add a different second hand) then get it regulated and pressure tested.

Can recommend an UK bloke for the modding, I've had mixed results in Ireland - some refuse, some have damaged the case and I've given up using local now.

James is sound, bought some of his excess parts from him and he's knowledgeable and very reasonable.
