Swimming Program

    Hi all, I am looking for a swimming program to build up my distance. I just signed up for the swim for a mile to get the training program but because it has already finished for 2018 there doesn't seem to be a way to get the training program now.

    Does anyone have a copy they could send me or a link to them?
