So I’ve been having a burning sensation when passing urine. I am a male 23 year old. Does anybody no where I can get this checked out in Dublin or any recommendations for clinics that are open today ? I work allot during the week so I won’t be able to get it checked.

Go to your GP. There are any number of things that can cause those symptoms, not just STDs.

Seriously, if you are that concerned about it then just tell your employer you have a GP appointment and take the half day or whatever the arrangement is. Everyone works during the week and everyone has doctor's appointments at some stage, you are well able to get it checked.
