New customer, quick query

    Got installed during the week, all good, but the Eir site is missing all details for of my bundle, it was all there before Wednesday, before it was all installed actually..
    Another query is, when will I get the 100€ cash back promised..
    And lastly, how do I add sports channels that are free with my bundle to my sky box..

    Be grateful of I could get a response please....
