Anyone in the Wicklow Town area picking up Saorview with an indoor aerial? I believe the transmitter is the one in Greystones.

Planning permission was granted for a new Saorview transmitter covering Wicklow last December - https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=105523597#post105523597

Planning details can be found here - http://www.eplanning.ie/WicklowCC/AppFileRefDetails/171288/0

    Wicklow: UHF 29 & 31, Vertical, 500W

Not sure if that new transmitter is online yet?

I'm guessing that means reception in Wicklow Town is currently a bit patchy?

Possibly, could also be potential interference from the UK as they rearrange their frequencies in advance of the 700 MHz clearance.

My in laws are in Glebemount, a good signal from either Kippure or Greystones, no retune of late.

It may not happen until Sept 2019, the start of a 6 month simulcast phase.
