    Hello, I used to get reminders on text the day of a direct debit due and low on funds, but these texts have stopped for some reason, is there a way to opt back in?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

    I'd ask you to raise this through the "Ask a question" section within the "Service Desk" tab of your 365 online profile and the advisers there will be able to check why these have stopped on your account.
