Complaint: terrible trouble getting replacement equipment from Richer Sounds

I've had terrible trouble trying to gain information on an issue with a Sony T.V that over a month ago was collected by Richer Sounds with a promise of 5 working days before they would return it or replace it.

Now after more then a month and I still cannot get anyone in Richer Sounds to call me back after my numerous emails and phone calls. I'm hugely disappointed in their lack of care for their customers and I will not be shopping there again.

If I eventually get some solid information on my inquiry I will post the result of my trouble with Richer Sounds.

    Folks,

Please do not post in response to this thread, it is a matter for Richersounds to deal with.

    dCuna,

I’ve amended the title of your thread, queries here are for Richersounds only to deal with, hopefully someone will be along shortly to reply to you.

As a new poster on Boards and on this forum, please take a moment to read the Charter at the top of the forums and the Boards FAQ.

    Thanks,

    Ritz.

    dCuna,

thanks for your post and apologies for the poor service - unfortunately I'm out of the country at the moment but I've asked one of our Directors to look into this as a matter of urgency today and she will revert to you this morning.

Apologies again and we will get this resolved for you asap,

    Best regards,

    Hi dCuna,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced in connection with the service on your TV and the delays you have experienced. One of our team contacted you on Wednesday to let you know that we have been working on your behalf to secure a replacement model as we were awaiting authorisation from our underwriters. He did promise to call you back later in the afternoon but he didn’t make that call to you with an update, and we do apologise for this. Thank you very much for taking my call this morning to discuss the issues and chat about alternatives.

In the meantime if you have any questions or issues please contact me personally either through boards or over the phone.

    Kind regards

    David
