New modem

    We've been Eir business fibre customers for a few years now and throughout that time been using the standard F1000 modem. However lately it has need resetting a lot and I find it not saving settings quite frequently. I also find the range to be fairly poor.

    I have raised the issue a few times with customer support but am always asked to do the same troubleshooting steps to no avail. I never get any further.

    How do I go about getting one of the newer models of modem that either provide?

    Or alternatively, are there any recommended third party solutions?
