    Does anyone have one of these. I have one for the past 18 months and all working fine. However, I have now lost all the FTA Sat channels.

    Saorview are fine however. Once I try access the Sat channels the EPG fails to populate and I get an error message stating Tune Failed.

    Any advice appreciated.

    Retune the sat channels. A similar thing happened to me last week, lost a load of sat channels just did a auto scan of the sat receiver and got them all back again.

    I tried that earlier this evening and unfortunately it didn't work :mad:

    Has something disturbed the connection from box to dish?

    Can you test the connection on another box to ensure there is a usable signal there?

    tried another box (sky with FTA card) and it is not receiving any signal either. I followed the cables down from dish to see if any damage and all seems good until I get to the junction box in side wall of house. As soon as I grabbed the connectors I got a tingle from it. checked another two times in case I was imagining it but they seem to be live with a small current. Maybe time to call the expert in!!
