Low Disk Space Warning driving me crazy

I've got a low on disk space warning which is continually popping up. What is the best way to get rid of it? From disk part I can see that the additional drive is 460MB. I've read elsewhere that the solution is to remove the letter assignment to the drive.
Is this the correct solution?

Treesizeprofessional is good for finding out what files are using up space. If your harddrive is full of files you need diskcleanup won't do much.
