She does not have the ryanair booking ref so cannot generate her own boarding pass.

My mother may need to talk to ryanair about getting mobility assistance but cannot as she's no ref or boarding pass.

Due to fly out tomorrow and no boarding pass has arrived yet!

Has anyone any experience of using Esky? Does it work?
Is it possible to get Ryanair booking ref from them?
