WISH.com no refund excuse

    I ordered a product from WISH.com

    What arrived was a similar but not really comparable product.

    I sent them a request asking for them to replace what they sent with the correct item.

    They first asked for a photo of the item out of the packaging

    Then they wanted a photo of the item with the packaging, then it was a photo of the item with the original shipping packaging with the shipping sticker.

    I told them I got rid of it when the item arrived, so now they are using this as an excuse to not refund or replace the item.

    What a totally **** customer service ! Never again !

    You are totally at their mercy as they are out of the EU.
    Try saying you will be forced to instruct your bank to force a refund. Leave feedback detailing what's gone on.

    In future when ordering from outside of the EU (or as a general practice), use your phone to video unpacking.

    I am not a fan of Wish anyway, but I am not sure many other stores would provide you with a refund or exchange if you have opened the item and thrown away the packaging. - Just realised you meant the outer-outer packaging. The envelope.


    You could open a paypal dispute or tell them that you are going to, alternatively a chargeback on your card.

    I have got refunds from Wish with no questions asked.

    I think once I had an issue with one of the CS but when I asked again the following day it was resolved.

    Ask your bank to do a chargeback for goods not as described
