Speed on wifi

hi just had an upgrade from VF siro to 1gb. Getting almost full speed wired in but over 5g only hitting 320 down and 200 up. Is this the capacity of 5g or would that be the limit of my phone an iPhone 6s? I assumed I could hit almost full speed over wifi

Your handset cannot do anything that warrants Gig. Higher tput won't improve anything you do on it. CDNs will still give you video at 50-80Mb peak.

Exactly. Even if the wifi worked at half the speed it does it would still be more than sufficient for a hand held device.
